1-star hotel in a 17th-century convent in central Cadiz

Rooms

Each room has a minibar and a flat-screen TV, while the decor mixes the historic structure with contemporary furnishings. Some rooms offer a Juliet balcony, though the depth is only about 12 inches, suiting a standing view rather than outdoor seating. Superior Twin Rooms and Junior Suites provide larger floor plans, with separate living areas in the suites.

Location

The hotel is 25 metres from the Palacio de Congresos Conference Centre and within a 5-minute walk of the Cadiz seafront, port, and beach. The train station and bus station are a 3-minute walk away, making it convenient for arriving guests. A range of restaurants and tapas bars are located along the same street as the hotel, with many more within a 10-minute walk of the entrance.

Services

The hotel provides a 24-hour front desk, concierge service, tour desk, and express check-in/check-out for efficient arrivals and departures. Business travellers have access to a business centre, meeting and banquet facilities, and fax/photocopying services, while fitness centre and bicycle rental are available for active guests. Additional services include airport shuttle, car hire, laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, babysitting, and facilities for disabled guests, including accessible parking.

Dining

Breakfast is served in a small room off the cloisters, with timed reservation slots (e.g., 7-8 am, 8-9 am) required to manage limited seating. The buffet includes hot items (bacon, eggs, mushrooms) and cold options (breads, cakes, pastries, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, juices). The hotel does not offer lunch or dinner service, but a wide selection of tapas bars and restaurants are within minutes on foot.
